Actors Club
Acting provides us with an outlet for emotions, thoughts, and dreams that we might not have means to express otherwise.The BluBricks’ Actors Club is fully committed to the learning and experiencing of theatre.With continued encouragement from all members, the Actors Club provides an invaluable environment for the development of personal and social skills, growth in self-esteem and confidence, as well as providing a firm grounding in dramatic techniques and styles. You will meet theatre enthusiasts with varying levels of skill and experience, be it a professional actor or just your typical class jester. There is something to learn from everyone, and something everyone can teach others. Each meeting will challenge your perceptions and leave you feeling refreshed – no two meetings will be the same.
Who? Anyone with an interest in acting and theatre, and is seeking a learning experience that formal classes do not provide.
How? Blubricks’ Actors Club is made up of enthusiasts who meet every week. Each meeting gives everyone a chance to express themselves creatively through acting.
Writers Club
The BluBricks’ Writers Club was created to provide an avenue for budding writers of all levels and disciplines to come together in a comfortable environment to express themselves, share their work, exercise their imagination and discuss ideas. We aim to inspire and motivate members to write, for no idea is too small to be developed. As members bounce ideas off each other, it naturally develops into a supportive community for constructive feedback, so members can take their skills to newer heights. Regardless of your ambitions and goals, you will find like-minded writers and stimulating fellowship in the BluBricks’ Writers Club. Come celebrate the craft of writing with us. You will make new friends and will learn something new about the creative process. You will turn pebbles into pearls, stimulate your imagination, and you’ll have fun!
Who? Anyone with a passion for creative writing, and would like to meet others who share that same passion.

Speakers Club
Speaking is the most widely used form of communication. You may be able to talk, but can you talk well? Talking to one person may not intimidate you, but how about a hundred or a thousand? The BluBricks’ Speakers Club will help you develop your public speaking and communication skills, and overcome your fears. Meetings are structured yet informal and allow participants to develop in a friendly and supportive setting. Most importantly, it's a lot of fun and you'll make some good friends too. You will learn how to overcome 'butterflies' with simple preparation techniques. Learn how to get your point across. Share the secrets of effective communication and best of all, you get to sharpen those skills!
Who? Anyone interested to hone their skills in public speaking, regardless of whether or not you have had previous speaking experience.
How? Blubricks’ Speakers Club is made up of enthusiasts who meet every week. Each meeting gives everyone a chance to speak in front of a crowd, share ideas, give impromptu speeches and receive helpful evaluation.
